Morning Child

The inevitable trouble with being a non-morning person is that you will most likely have a child who enjoys waking up bright and early with lots of energy and zest. Enter Calvin Parquer. This kid loves waking up! He is all smiles and babble in the mornings. Here are a few pictures I snapped this morning while he played after breakfast.

In the Beginning...

So here goes it. My first post on our new family blog. This is my attempt to share news, photos, and our exciting adventures with friends and family who aren't able to share with us in person. I'll do my best to keep everyone updated on the latest happenings in our small world. Not alot to say tonight, and it's late, so I better keep this short and get my head into bed.

But first I must tell you that Calvin had his four month check-up today and he got a great report. He is 11 pounds, 9 ounces and is 24 3/4 inches long. What a gift he is to us!
